This innovative one day conference will provide instruction on dealing with the media when a crisis hits. It features two experts who have the experience and knowledge to provide participants with the tools to deal with a media crisis.
Jim Vance comes with more than 30 years of experience in media relations instruction. As a graduate instructor for the FBI at Quantico, VA he is in demand all over the world. His style is big on content while at the same time mixed with stories and anecdotes that keeps his audience entertained.
Lynda Kuhn is Senior Vice-President, Communications for Maple Leaf Foods Inc. In this capacity, she has executive responsibility for the company’s corporate communications, public relations, and investor relations activities. Lynda first joined Maple Leaf Foods as its Vice-President of Investor and Public Relations (2002). Prior work experience includes crisis communications, branding, change management, community-based economic development, government relations, plus developing and implementing social and academic programs.
