The OACP is sad to report the sudden death of Glenn Barclay, who passed away on September 6.  Mr. Barclay served as Chief of Police of the Owen Sound Police Service.  He started with the Owen Sound PS as a Constable on February 1, 1960, and became Chief on February 1, 1981.  He retired on February 1, 1991. 

The visitation is being held at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250-4^th Street West, Owen Sound (www.woodfuneralhome.ca) on Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. 

The funeral is on Monday, September 10, 2012 at the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 865 2^nd Avenue West, Owen Sound at 11:00 a.m.
