We are pleased to provide members with the final draft (attached) of the OACP’s new Constitution, which will be considered by the membership at the Annual General Meeting in Waterloo on Wednesday, June 27th.  Hard copies of the attached will be distributed to those attending the AGM.  The new Constitution will, once adopted, come into effect on July 1st, 2007.
