The Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services is pleased to enclose the VJF Victim Safety Project (VSP) Grant Program information package for the 2007/2008 fiscal year. The package outlines the grant process and contains information on the eligibility criteria, an application form and budget information sheet.
If your organization would like to be considered for one-time funding through this grant, please submit your application and all requested supporting information to Eve Roknic, (A) Manager, Program Development Section, Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, Police Support Services Branch, 25 Grosvenor Street, 12th Floor, Toronto ON M7A 2H3.
Application submissions will be phased in over a two-month period. This process will provide prospective applicants with two-windows of opportunity to submit a completed application. The due dates for submissions are: AUGUST 13, 2007 and SEPTEMBER 7, 2007.

The grant information package is available electronically and in hard copy format. The ministry encourages organizations to e-file (electronic filing) as these forms can be completed and readily sent back to the ministry. The electronic application is in PDF format and can be completed using Adobe Reader 7 or higher. Responses are limited to a maximum of 2000 words, however applicants may attach sheets with additional information if necessary.
Should you select this option, you can e-mail the completed application directly to Sandra’s or Morgan’s e-mail address. However, you must still forward an original signed copy to the ministry, soon after you e-file.
