Highest OACP Award Honours Outstanding Police Leader

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is now accepting submissions for the association’s highest honour, the President’s Award of Merit.

The award recognizes an OACP member or members who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and support to the advancement of the goals and objectives of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police. The OACP President will present the President’s Award of Merit at the OACP’s Annual Conference.

The recipient:

• Must be a member in good standing of the OACP
• Will have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments/contributions and provided extraordinary dedication and support to advancing the goals and objectives of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police
• Will have demonstrated leadership qualities, which have had a positive impact on the association.

The OACP President's Award of Merit will be awarded at the OACP’s Annual Conference on June 16 in Kingston.
