The OACP has received a request from Chief Superintendent Dan Murphy, National Secretary Police Superintendents’ Association, in Berkshire, England regarding the collection of Epaulettes from Ontario police services. The Epaulettes will be used to create a police memorial to honor the death of one of their police officer, who lost his life in the line of duty, PC Andrew Harper.
So far, the Thames Valley Police has collected over 10,000 Epaulettes from all over the World. To support the Thames Valley Police, the OACP is asking Ontario police services to consider sending a couple of Epaulettes to Jo Donegan at:
