The BlueMediation Team

Owner Tom Girling is a qualified mediator, workplace fairness analyst and licensed private
investigator. He is an associate member of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police and
worked as a member of the Ontario Provincial Police for 37 years before founding
BlueMediation in 2016.

Jane Kidner is a lawyer, workplace investigator and mediator, and leadership coach. Her
clients include Ontario colleges and universities, the Provincial government, notfor-
profit organizations, The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, The Globe
and Mail, and numerous lawyers and other professionals.
