REGISTRATION FEES
All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Accommodations must be booked separately.
FULL CONFERENCE
Includes admission to all sessions, full breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and nightly social events including all food, beverages, and entertainment each day.

COMPANION PROGRAM

An individual registering for the Companion Program is entitled to attend the following functions:
- Icebreaker (Sunday, October 3rd)
- Opening Ceremonies (Monday, October 4th)
- 3 Breakfasts (October 4th – 6th)
- President’s Night (Monday, October 4th)
- *A planned group activity at Blue Mountain (Monday, October 4th)
- Casual Night (Tuesday, October 5th)

DAY PASS

REGISTRATION/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
*Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to events@oacp.ca*
Cancellations made on or before Friday, September 3, 2021 are subject to a full refund less an administrative fee of $100.00 +HST ($113.00) for full conference/companion registrations, and a $50.00 +HST ($56.50) administrative fee for day passes/social tickets. No refunds will be given after September 3, 2021. We welcome substitutions at no charge.
