REGISTRATION FEES
All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Accommodations must be booked separately.
FULL CONFERENCE
Includes admission to all sessions, full breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and nightly social events including all food, beverages, and entertainment each day.

Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to sharons@oacp.ca*
Cancellations made on or before Friday, September 4, 2026 are subject to a full refund less an administrative fee of $100.00 +HST ($113.00) for full conference, and $50.00 +HST ($56.50) administrative fee for day passes. No refunds will be given after September 4, 2026. We welcome substitutions at no charge.
