Empowering Ontario’s Police Leadership

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police, in collaboration with Schulich Executive Education, YorkUniversity and DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, have co-developed a leadership program tailored for aspiring executive police leaders in Ontario. Through hands-on learning and realworld insights, participants will develop their leadership skills, strategic agility and learn to inspire their teams to address complex organizational challenges.

Length: 100 hrs over 11 months
Breakdown: 3 semesters, 14 courses, 3 major assignments
Format: In-person and Online modules

This program is ideal for aspiring executive police professionals preparing for executive roles. It’s designed to strengthen one’s strategic thinking, adaptability, talent management, and leadership confidence in today’s complex environment.
