Crime Prevention Week 2026
Ontario’s 2026 Crime Prevention Week is taking place November 1–7, 2026, as part of Crime Prevention Month.
The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is pleased to share this year’s theme: Protecting Ontario Together.
Crime Prevention Week is an opportunity to highlight the collaborative efforts of police services, community organizations, businesses, and residents to prevent crime and build safer communities. The OACP encourages police services across Ontario to promote their local crime prevention initiatives through media releases, social media, community events and other public awareness activities.
The OACP is looking forward to showcasing all of the fantastic police service initiatives that will be a taking place across the province. Please make sure to use the hashtag #CPWeek2026 when promoting content on social media.
