The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police is proud to continue its support for 30Forward, a national initiative inspired by the 30x30 movement and designed specifically for the Canadian policing context. 30Forward aims to increase the representation of women in policing and build systems that foster inclusion, mentorship, and long-term cultural change.
Since its launch, many Ontario police services have already joined the pledge, demonstrating their commitment to creating workplaces where women can thrive at every rank and in every role.
The 30Forward Pledge is now available online and open to all Canadian police services. We encourage police leaders to visit the website to:
- Learn more about the initiative and the research supporting it,
- Explore the public resource hub, which includes best practices, mentorship tools, and success stories, and
- Sign the 30Forward Pledge to show your organization’s commitment to meaningful, measurable progress.
Together, we can build a more inclusive future for policing in Ontario.
