- Work on the OACP’s Race-and Identity-Based Data Phase 2 has begun under the leadership of subject matter experts from York Regional Police and Waterloo Regional Police Service. At a recent transition meeting with Peel Regional Police personnel (who did an amazing job in Phase 1), topics covered included the original methodology, structure and terms of reference, Future goals, OACP deliverables, and strategy for Phase 2. Congratulations to Paul Pedersen on his commencement as OACP’s Executive Director. Paul continues the fine tradition of leadership from our past EDs, Jeff McGuire, Ron Bain, and Bill Malpass.
