Waterloo Region Police Service’s Backpack Challenge With Heroes Beyond the Badge Award

(Toronto, ON) - The Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) will hold a media event where the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) and OnStar Canada will present a provincial Heroes Beyond the Badge award to WRPS for its annual Backpack Challenge.

OACP Reintegration Facilitator Course

The OACP was proud to launch its inaugural Reintegration Facilitator Course on October 16 to 20, 2023, hosted by York Regional Police. 

The aim of the Reintegration Facilitator Course is to ensure consistent training and accessibility to the Reintegration Program within police services across the province.
