Executive Assistants (EAs) and Administrative Assistants (AAs) are essential to the success of police leadership teams. The 2025 Police EA Professional Development Symposium offers a unique and much-needed opportunity to address the specific challenges faced by administrative professionals working in law enforcement. With limited training currently available that speaks directly to the realities of this role, this symposium is designed to fill that gap.

The benefits of attending are two-fold: not only does it support succession planning by enhancing the skills and readiness of current and future administrative leaders, but it also creates space for meaningful peer-to-peer engagement. Attendees will gain valuable insights, share experiences, and explore innovative solutions to common challenges—ultimately strengthening the operational backbone of Police Services across the province.

Don't miss this chance to invest in your development and connect with others who understand the unique demands of your role.
