All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Accommodations must be booked separately.
REGISTRATION/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
*Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to sharons@oacp.ca or kbunting@oacp.ca
Cancellations made on or before Friday, May 15, 2026 are subject to a full refund less an administrative fee of $100.00 +HST ($113.00) for full conference/companion registrations, and a $50.00 +HST ($56.50) administrative fee for day passes/social tickets. No refunds will be given after Friday, May 15, 2026. We welcome substitutions at no charge.
