Registration
Early Registration will begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Registration on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, will begin at 8:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy
2026 OFIA Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to sharons@oacp.ca.
Cancellations received on or before Friday, March 27, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund, less an administrative fee of $100.00 + HST ($113.00).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 27, 2026.
Substitutions are permitted at any time at no additional charge.
