Mandate
The Intelligence Operations Committee (IOC) focuses on supporting the efforts of police services in Ontario in combating crime through intelligence gathering. It seeks to raise awareness of the impacts of crime in communities in terms of occurrence workload and engages in advocacy with government and other partners on behalf of police organizations.
The IOC seeks to support meaningful partnerships with government and other law enforcement organizations to identify and promote innovative law enforcement strategies and engage in public policy and legislative discussions that impact our efforts to combat crime.
