Mandate
The Substance Advisory Committee is to actively explore initiatives to promote a substance free lifestyle, provide advice to the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) on issues involving Drug Enforcement, Prevention and Education, solidify ties to various community groups, monitor changes in legislation, and maintain programs that have been developed over the years.
